By creating an account or using Travelist, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Personal and respectful use
Travelist is provided for personal travel planning. Please do not misuse the service, disrupt it, attempt to bypass its protections, or upload unlawful content. You remain responsible for the content you add and share.
You can report shared content and block another traveler from the app. Blocking separates shared spaces and prevents new collaboration between the two accounts. We may review reports and remove content or access when needed to protect users and the service.
Purchases and access
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store’s payment terms. Features or benefits attached to a purchase are made available to your Travelist account as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Fair Use Policy
Unlimited AI features are intended for personal and reasonable use. For normal day-to-day use, this policy will never affect your experience.
Travelist may automatically apply temporary limitations when it detects unusual or abusive activity, such as automation, scripts, mass generation or other use that is clearly outside normal personal use.
These protections have one purpose only: to preserve the quality and availability of Travelist for every user. They are not intended to limit genuine personal use.
Travel information
AI suggestions, country tips and other information in Travelist are provided for planning convenience and are not professional advice. Always verify critical requirements such as visas, health guidance and entry rules with official sources.
Service availability
We work to keep Travelist reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally change or be unavailable. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change and will provide appropriate notice for material changes.
